In this role, you will:
support pupils in class, in small groups and sometimes on a 1:1 basishelp children access learning and develop confidence and independencework closely with teachers to deliver engaging and inclusive learning experiencessupport children's social, emotional and behavioural developmentcelebrate progress, from the smallest breakthrough to the biggest achievementcontribute to a calm, safe and purposeful learning environmentbuild positive relationships with families, colleagues and the wider school communityplay an active part in school life, visits, events and enrichment opportunities
