We are looking to appoint:

An enthusiastic and passionate Midday Supervisory Assistant (MSA) to support our children at lunchtimes. The role involves supporting children through lunch, supporting positive eating habits and making lunchtimes a positive, social time. The right candidate will be responsive to children’s individual needs and support children both indoors and out. The successful MSA would be supported by other staff to make lunch times a success. Working pattern: Mon-Fri 12.15-13:30

The successful candidate should:

Have experience of working with Early Years or Key Stage 1 children or in a role with transferable skills. Have a passion for working with children Be able to support varying SEN needs including Speech and language needs Be able to apply strategies as advised by the team supporting the child Be able to support positive behaviour Be able to communicate effectively to all members of the school team and collaborate well with others Be flexible, calm and consistent keen to promote the best outcomes for children Work proactively and use initiative
