About the Role

You will:

Lead a small, supportive nurture environment for pupils with SEMH needs Deliver personalised, engaging learning experiences Support children’s emotional development alongside academic progress Work closely with our existing onsite team and outreach provision, supporting children and their families Be part of a highly skilled, compassionate, and collaborative team

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

Is a qualified teacher with a passion for SEMH and inclusion Holds the recognised nurture qualification and has experience of leading nurture groups Understands trauma-informed and nurture-based approaches Builds strong, trusting relationships with children and families Is calm, flexible, and solution-focused Can work effectively across both school and outreach settings
