About this role
We are looking for someone who will:
Be an excellent classroom practitioner with a proven track record of high-quality teaching and learning in the Early Years.Lead and develop our Early Years provision with vision, creativity and enthusiasm.Have consistently high expectations and aspirations for every child.Inspire a love of learning through an engaging, stimulating and child-centred curriculum.Use effective assessment to identify next steps, accelerate progress and ensure all children achieve their best.Create a safe, inclusive and nurturing environment where every child feels valued and supported.Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, building positive relationships with children, parents, carers and colleagues.Work collaboratively as part of our dedicated staff team while supporting and developing others.Be committed to continuous professional development and school improvement.If you are an enthusiastic and ambitious teacher with the vision and passion to lead our Early Years team and make a real difference to children's lives, we would be delighted to hear from you.
