As Vice Principal, you will play a key strategic role in driving high-quality, inclusive education across the Academy. Working closely with the Principal, you will provide leadership that upholds our values and ensures excellence in teaching, learning, curriculum design, and whole-school development. You will contribute to a culture of high expectations, continuous improvement, and equitable outcomes for all learners.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong, strategic leadership aligned with the Academy’s vision, values, and improvement priorities. Lead and enhance the quality of teaching, learning, assessment, and curriculum development. Support, coach, and develop staff through effective CPD, performance management, and professional collaboration. Oversee day-to-day operational management, ensuring a safe, well-organised, and inclusive learning environment. Work in partnership with families, staff, external agencies, and the wider community to raise standards and improve outcomes for all pupils. We Are Seeking a Leader Who:
Has significant senior leadership experience with a demonstrable record of school improvement. Possesses exceptional interpersonal, organisational, and leadership skills.
