This is a varied and rewarding role supporting students across the school. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral teams to help remove barriers to learning, promote positive engagement and support students to make progress academically, socially and emotionally.

Working alongside teachers and other colleagues, you will provide targeted support both in and beyond the classroom, helping students develop the skills, resilience and confidence they need to thrive throughout their secondary education.

The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to join our committed SEN Department. The successful candidate will motivate, challenge, support and inspire our students.

This is a unique and exciting opportunity for a Learning Mentor to join Broadwater School and contribute to improving the life chances of young people both within the school and across our Trust.
