Proven leadership experience, ideally within curriculum, vocational or apprenticeship provision, with the confidence to lead and inspire a diverse team. Strong industry expertise in Construction or Building Services, with recent relevant experience and knowledge of current vocational and apprenticeship developments. A learner-first mindset, with a passion for outstanding teaching, learning and student outcomes. Commercial and analytical thinking, with the ability to use data, manage resources and drive continuous improvement. Excellent communication and influence, with the resilience and problem-solving skills to make things happen in a busy environment. Relevant qualifications, including a Level 3 Construction/Building Services qualification and Level 5 teaching qualification, plus Level 2 English and Maths (or willingness to achieve).
