Hours: Part Time - 22.5 HoursPer Week(3-4 Days)

The School Business Manager will provide strategic and operational management across a diverse portfolio including:
Finance and payroll management Health, Safety and premises management Administration and school operations Data protection and GDPR compliance Procurement and contract management Business continuity and risk management Communications, marketing and community engagement Leadership and development of operational teamsAbout You
We are looking for someone who:
Has significant experience in school business, operations, administration or a comparable management role. Has experience of payroll administration and working alongside finance teams. Possesses strong organisational, analytical and problem-solving skills. Has a sound understanding of Health & Safety, compliance and risk management. Can lead and develop teams effectively. Is confident using management information systems and producing reports for senior leaders and governors. Has excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
