About this role

We are seeking to appoint a First Aider to join our team from November. Working within a small team, you will need the ability to both follow instructions and think on your feet to make decisions quickly. The role is varied and no two days are the same as priorities can change throughout the day.

The essential qualities required are someone who enjoys a good rapport with students, has a level headed approach to differing situations and the ability to multi-task. In addition, you need to have excellent communication skills, both verbally and in written form as you will need to record/monitor students visiting first aid and liaise home or with outside agencies depending on the situation. Previous first aid knowledge, training or experience would be an advantage, but full training will be provided, so finding the correct person for the role is our priority,
