Job Overview:

We are seeking to appoint enthusiastic an inspirational Nursery and Out of School Club Practitioner to join our support team. We have a relentless focus on working to provide the best possible support to ensure all our students reach their full potential.

Core purpose:

To deliver the highest standards of care, support and challenge to the children at Little Earth Nursery and our Out of School Club in a level 3 capacity, resulting in:

- The delivery of child centred care that results in happy children and parents.

- The delivery of engaging learning for all children.

- Always working positively and respectfully as an individual and as part of the team

Experience of working as a practitioner in a childcare settingA knowledge of understanding and implementing the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and the completion of a CWDC recognised full and relevant Level 3 Childcare qualification.The ability to work with, and contribute to your team.Excellent literacy and numeracy competency.Confidence, enthusiasm and a passion for learning.The ability to build good working relationships.The ability to promote positive behaviour.Please refer to the Job Pack, which includes a copy of the full job description and the person specification.

Hours and work pattern:

30 hours per week, term time only - Monday to Friday from 12.00 - 18.00.We are interested in individuals who are passionate about their skills and abilities and about making a difference.
