Rainhill High School is looking for an enthusiastic Teacher of Mathematics to join our high-performing team from January 2027. You will teach KS3 and KS4 Maths, in a forward-thinking school that values innovation, collaboration, and professional growth.
This is a full-time permanent contract. We welcome applications from both experienced & early career teachers.

Qualified Teacher Status/ QTLS
Degree in related subject
Recent participation in relevant In-Service Training
Professional knowledge and understanding
Subject National Curriculum – All Key Stages
Assessment
Teaching and Learning strategies
Ability to teach subject to GCSE
Ability to teach subject to A-Level
Willingness to assist in delivery of extracurricular activities
An awareness of safeguarding children issues
Personal Skills and Attributes
Ability to understand and demonstrate commitment to equality and diversity
High level of communication and Interpersonal Skills
