Job Description Summary: Manage inventory, purchasing activities, planning, forecasting and meeting the overall supply demands of Kiss Group. A purchasing Specialist is responsible for supporting the procurement process by researching and sourcing goods and services from vendors, placing purchase orders, tracking deliveries, maintaining supplier relationships, and ensuring timely receipt of items needed for a company's operations, often while adhering to budget constraints and company policies; key duties include reviewing purchase requisitions, contacting vendors for pricing and availability, resolving delivery issues, maintaining accurate purchase records and responsible of managing inventory.
Job Description:
• Review and determine required inventory and release purchase orders. • Manage optimal inventory level in all different plants • Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing to acquire inventory in a cost effective and in timely manner • Effectively monitor and control purchase orders and update delivery schedule to related teams. • Work with DP (Demand Planning) team to effectively manage inventory levels and materials • Effectively communicate with sales to ensure all orders are fulfilled • Compare and analyze price, quality, availability and term and conditions of suppliers • Negotiate contracts with suppliers • Evaluate the quality of products and suppliers • Ensure suppliers continuously meet or exceed company expectation and needs
Qualifications
• Strong interpersonal skills to work with team members and suppliers • Negotiation skills to work with suppliers and improve deals for the company • An understanding of purchase order software platforms and MRP systems • Good attention detail to ensure all purchase orders are accurate • Ability to work with a team • Math skills to make sure all calculations are correct and avoid any unforeseen losses for the company • IT skills to troubleshoot essential computer programs

Qualification(s): Education(s): Bachelor of Arts (B.A) (Required), Bachelor of Science (B.S) (Required)
Work Experience: Experience Range III: 4 - 8 years of relevant experience or industry exposure in a related field

The anticipated compensation range is 69,000.00 - 137,000.00 USD AnnualActual compensation will be determined based on various factors including qualifications, education, experience, and location. The pay range is subject to change at any time dependent on a variety of internal and external factors.
