Job Summary Utilizes technical expertise, business acumen, delivery leadership, and strategic thinking to lead the development, support, modernization, and governance of the LoanIQ application ecosystem. Responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial lending technology solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, regulatory requirements, operational excellence, and enterprise technology standards. Leads cross-functional teams in delivering scalable solutions that support loan origination, servicing, collateral management, payments, participation, syndications, and commercial lending operations.
Essential Functions
• Own, oversee, and drive delivery, support, and continuous improvement of the LoanIQ application portfolio, associated integrations, databases, and supporting platforms. • Partner with Commercial Lending business stakeholders to understand strategic priorities and translate business requirements into technology solutions that improve operational efficiency and client experience. • Lead development and modernization initiatives leveraging .NET technologies, SQL Server, APIs, cloud services, and enterprise integration platforms. • Collaborate with Enterprise Architects, Product Owners, Business Analysts, Project Managers, QA teams, Infrastructure teams, and Operations partners to successfully deliver projects while meeting risk, security, audit, and compliance standards. • Manage application roadmaps, technical debt, platform upgrades, infrastructure changes, and regulatory initiatives impacting LoanIQ. • Provide leadership during production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive permanent resolution of critical issues. • Lead implementation of multi-year strategic programs involving LoanIQ modernization, system integrations, automation initiatives, and cloud transformation efforts. • Manage relationships with third-party vendors and technology partners to ensure successful delivery of contracted products and services. • Ensure successful deployment of application releases and seamless transition of enhancements into production support processes. • Build and mentor high-performing technology teams while fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. • Communicate project status, risks, milestones, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership and executive stakeholders. • Drive Agile delivery practices, release governance, SDLC compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Education
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field OR equivalent experience (required)
Work Experience
• 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and managing technology initiatives.
• Experience with LoanIQ or commercial lending platforms, or related technologies is highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft .NET technologies, C#, ASP.NET, Web Services, REST APIs, and SQL Server. • Strong understanding of commercial lending processes, loan servicing, payments, collateral management, or syndicated lending is preferred. • Comfortable with agile software development methodologies and tools. Google Cloud Certification plus • Proven ability to interact effectively with business executives and technology leadership teams
Preferred:
• 7+ years of experience in enterprise application development, support, or technology delivery. • Use Generative AI and AI-assisted tools to improve daily technology and business processes. • Familiarity with AI-assisted software development

• Extensive experience with the ability to define, implement make changes to, and support a production application. • Working knowledge of the importance of inter-team collaboration in breaking down silos and achieving business results; ability to lead employees from various functions to communicate, coordinate work across divisions, and collaborate in solving problems as one team. • Working knowledge of effective influencing tactics and strategies; ability to impact decisions within and outside own organization. • Extensive experience with the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. • Working knowledge of effective team building techniques and ability to form and manage effective teams.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $96,000.00 - $181,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
