Job Title: - Lead Planning Engineer - Construction
KBR Abu Dhabi is currently seeking a qualified Lead Planning Engineer - Construction for a PMC project to be initially based in the city and later moving to Ruwais Site - UAE

Key Responsibilities: Lead the planning, scheduling, monitoring, and control of large-scale Oil & Gas construction projects by developing and maintaining integrated project schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and start-up activities. Coordinate with project management, engineering, procurement, construction, and subcontractor teams to establish project baselines, monitor progress, perform critical path and schedule risk analyses, and identify potential delays and mitigation measures. Prepare look-ahead plans, progress reports, S-curves, manpower histograms, and performance dashboards, ensuring accurate progress measurement and forecasting. Support project controls functions through earned value analysis, delay analysis, recovery planning, extension of time (EOT) claims, and management reporting while ensuring compliance with client requirements, project procedures, and industry best practices. Provide leadership and guidance to planning engineers and contribute to the successful delivery of projects within approved timelines, budget constraints, and quality standards.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree is a MUST. At least 5 years in a Lead Planning Engineer role within Oil & Gas EPC projects. Must have handled mega Oil & Gas FEED/ EPC Projects Minimum Overall 20+ years of experience in execution of EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry Experience in Gas Processing/NGL & EPC/Detail Engineering project.
