Title: Administrative Specialist - Part time
KBR is seeking a Part Time Administrative Specialist to join our team. (20-30 hours per week)
Job Description: Assist both the JMETC User Support Administration and Communication teams with employee onboarding, logistics, communication strategies, technical writing, and contractual deliverables. This position may expand to include other JMETC functional areas as needed.
Roles and Responsibilities
• Assist with employee onboarding activities – communicating and coordinating efforts with administrative team and new employees • Manage work tasks and work flows using Jira • Assist with Confluence website management • Review, modify, and/or create standard operating procedures/processes • Support logistics activities • Assist with both Internal and External communication strategies for the JMETC User Support Team • Assist with the documentation of Mission Support Quad Charts • Review and edit technical documents (Fact Sheets, White Papers, presentations)
Basic Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree • Ability to obtain a DoD clearance is required • Business writing and strong verbal communications skill • MS Office (Word, Excel, and Power Point) • Ability to work effectively with multiple team members and external stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting employee onboarding • Using and applying Artificial Intelligence • Experience with graphic tools and graphics design • Experience working in a team environment • Ability to work multiple tasks with minimal supervision • Confluence and Jira knowledge
