Job Description:
• Senior Scientist - Strategy & Deployment (S&D) Member within Advanced Manufacturing group.
• Responsible for deploying advanced technologies and innovations utilizing the End-to-End Innovation Deployment Process. This role involves deploying technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams, being accountable for the deployment strategy, driving value proposition and value capture, acting as the Global Technology Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for deployed technologies, ensuring global alignment with key stakeholders, and authoring technical documents.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate and manage the deployment of advanced technologies and innovations with site functions and product teams.
• Provide technical expertise and support to ensure smooth implementation and integration of technologies.
• Develop a comprehensive deployment plan aligned with organizational objectives.
• Identify and communicate the value proposition of the deployed technologies and innovations.
• Continuously monitor and assess the value generated by the deployed technologies, providing insights for improvement and optimization.
• Provide guidance, support, and resolutions to deployment-related queries and challenges.
• Create and maintain technical documents, including installation guides, user manuals, and specifications.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology) or equivalent practical experience.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
• Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to drive strategic decision-making based on value proposition and value capture.
• Proficient in technical writing, paying attention to detail and clarity.
• Familiarity with industry best practices and standards related to technology deployment.

Additional Description for Pay Transparency: Subject to the terms of their respective plans, employees are eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).
