About The Team

Job Summary**
JD.com is seeking a 3PL Operations professional to manage and optimize third-party logistics partnerships, ensuring efficient and cost-effective supply chain execution.
Job Responsibilities**
* Oversee the end-to-end operational performance of 3PL partners, including warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery. * Develop and implement strategies to improve 3PL service levels, reduce costs, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency. * Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL providers. * Negotiate contracts and service level agreements (SLAs) with new and existing 3PL partners. * Identify and resolve operational issues, discrepancies, and service failures with 3PLs in a timely manner. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., procurement, inventory, sales) to align 3PL operations with business needs. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry best practices. * Implement and manage technology solutions to improve 3PL integration and visibility. * Conduct regular audits of 3PL facilities and processes to ensure quality and compliance.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. * 3-5 years of experience in 3PL operations, logistics management, or supply chain roles, preferably within an e-commerce or retail environment. * Strong understanding of warehousing, transportation (all modes), and last-mile delivery processes. * Proven experience in managing 3PL relationships and contract negotiations. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive actionable insights. * Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools. * Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. * Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. * Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Mandarin proficiency is a plus.
