About The Team

Job Summary JD.com, Inc. is seeking a 3PL Delivery Operations professional to manage and optimize third-party logistics delivery processes, ensuring efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality last-mile delivery services for our customers.
Job Responsibilities * Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of third-party logistics (3PL) delivery partners, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics. * Develop and implement strategies to optimize delivery routes, reduce transit times, and improve overall delivery efficiency. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., warehousing, customer service, supply chain) to streamline processes and resolve delivery-related issues. * Conduct regular performance reviews with 3PL partners, providing feedback and developing action plans for continuous improvement. * Manage contract negotiations and maintain strong relationships with 3PL providers, ensuring competitive pricing and service quality. * Identify and evaluate new 3PL partners to expand delivery capabilities and optimize network coverage. * Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies. * Prepare and present reports on delivery performance, cost analysis, and operational improvements to management.
Job Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations, with a strong focus on 3PL management and last-mile delivery. * Proven track record of optimizing delivery processes and achieving operational efficiencies. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. * Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Proficiency in logistics software and systems (e.g., TMS, WMS). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Mandarin Chinese is a plus.
