About The Team

Job Summary**
Oversee all aspects of warehouse operations for JD.com, ensuring efficient and accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods to meet customer demands and company objectives.
Job Responsibilities**
* Manage and optimize all warehouse processes, including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control. * Lead, motivate, and develop a team of warehouse staff, including hiring, training, performance management, and scheduling. * Implement and maintain strict safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment. * Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as order fulfillment rates, inventory accuracy, and shipping times, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Collaborate with other departments (e.g., logistics, procurement, sales) to ensure seamless supply chain operations. * Manage warehouse budget, optimize resource allocation, and identify cost-saving opportunities. * Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, company policies, and industry standards. * Oversee the maintenance and optimal utilization of warehouse equipment and technology. * Implement and manage warehouse management systems (WMS) and other relevant software. * Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliation to maintain accurate stock levels.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. * Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in warehouse management, preferably in an e-commerce or high-volume distribution environment. * Proven track record of managing large teams and complex warehouse operations. * Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory control principles. * Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Demonstrated ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment. * Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in warehouse operations.
