Job Summary**
JD.com is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Provider Management professional to oversee and optimize relationships with our third-party service providers, ensuring high-quality and cost-effective services.
Job Responsibilities**
* Develop and implement strategies for effective service provider selection, onboarding, and ongoing performance management. * Negotiate and manage service level agreements (SLAs) and contracts with various service providers, ensuring adherence to terms and conditions. * Monitor and evaluate service provider performance against established KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions. * Conduct regular business reviews with service providers to discuss performance, address issues, and foster strong collaborative relationships. * Identify potential risks associated with service providers and develop mitigation strategies. * Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams (e.g., procurement, operations, legal) to align service provider strategies with business needs. * Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in service provider management. * Manage budgets related to service provider costs and identify opportunities for cost optimization. * Resolve escalated issues and disputes with service providers in a timely and effective manner.
Job Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. * 5+ years of experience in service provider management, vendor management, or procurement, preferably within an e-commerce or logistics environment. * Proven track record of successfully managing complex relationships with third-party service providers. * Strong negotiation and contract management skills. * Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making. * Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in English; Mandarin Chinese is a significant plus. * Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. * Experience with service management software and tools is desirable.
