About this role

The Treasury Reporting Analyst will be responsible for preparing daily cash reporting and maintaining month-end, quarterly, and recurring Treasury reports and dashboards, ensuring accurate visibility into cash, liquidity, and Treasury activity. Monitor cash movements, investigate variances, provide analysis and insights to Treasury and Finance leadership, and support reporting process improvements, automation, and ad hoc analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and distribute daily cash reporting, providing Treasury and Finance leadership with timely visibility into cash balances, liquidity, and daily cash activity.

• Consolidate and validate cash position information across bank accounts, entities, and currencies, ensuring accuracy and completeness of daily reporting.

• Monitor daily cash movements and investigate significant variances, unusual activity, or discrepancies in cash balances and transactions.

• Partner with Treasury and Finance teams to research and resolve cash reporting issues and ensure timely completion of daily reporting requirements.

• Support the preparation of Treasury month-end reporting, including cash, liquidity, and other key Treasury metrics and management reporting.

• Prepare and maintain quarterly Treasury reporting, providing accurate data, analysis, and insights for senior Finance and Treasury leadership.

• Develop and maintain recurring Treasury reports and dashboards, ensuring consistent reporting definitions, data integrity, and adherence to reporting deadlines.

• Analyze cash and Treasury activity to identify key trends, variances, and drivers, and communicate relevant findings to Treasury stakeholders.

• Assist with the standardization and automation of Treasury reporting processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.

• Support ad hoc Treasury reporting and analysis requests, including cash, liquidity, banking, and other Treasury-related metrics.

Required Education and/or Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred; 1-3 years of relevant work experience in Finance, Treasury, Financial Operations, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Required Computer and Technical Skills

Proficiency in all Microsoft Office equivalent programs along with experience with multi-location or multi-fascia retail sales audit operations, including POS transaction processing and reconciliation. Hands-on experience with POS, Sales Audit, sub-ledger, and General Ledger systems, preferably Oracle XStore, ReSA, Aptos, Sales Hub, and Workday Accounting Center.
