Job Description: The Role and Impact As an AI Software Solutions Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of Intel products by researching, developing, and optimizing AI solutions for diverse applications. In this role, you'll collaborate with engineering teams and customers to deliver cutting-edge AI software while enhancing model performance through deep expertise in AI frameworks, algorithms, and hardware. Your work will contribute to shaping innovative AI solutions that leverage the full potential of Intel technology in real-world scenarios. you will design, implement, and optimize end-to-end AI software stacks, model pipelines, and runtime accelerators on Intel's next-generation client and edge platforms (AI PCs, Core/Xeon CPUs, integrated/discrete GPUs, and NPUs).
Building upon your advanced academic foundation (Master's degree) and hands-on internship experience, you will take direct technical ownership of software components, drive AI performance optimizations, and work directly with senior architects and cross-functional teams to bring cutting-edge AI capabilities from research prototypes into production-grade software. Key Responsibilities - Research and prototype AI solutions, leveraging Intel products to optimize performance and drive customer adoption. - Develop AI software, including open-source libraries, models, and tools, tailored to diverse applications. - Optimize AI model performance using deep expertise in frameworks, algorithms, and hardware. - Implement adjustments to AI models, parameters, code, and quantization to enhance functionality and performance. - Collaborate with AI algorithm and framework engineers to optimize end-to-end AI solutions for Intel hardware. - Serve as a trusted technical advisor, enabling customers and partners to maximize the value of Intel AI products. - Partner with product development teams to accelerate application pre-enablement and optimize future Intel hardware and software products. - Deliver differentiated benchmark collateral and identify key workloads to inform product requirements and drive innovation
Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Software Engineering, demonstrated through internships, academic projects, coursework, or hands-on training; OR a Master's degree in a relevant field. - Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or similar languages. - Familiarity with AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and their optimization techniques. - Solid practical experience with PyTorch and/or ONNX (implementing custom modules, forward passes, or inference pipelines).
- In-depth understanding of modern neural network architectures (Transformers, Attention mechanisms, CNNs, Diffusion models, MoE).

- Experience with open-source inference frameworks (e.g., llama.cpp, vLLM, TensorRT-LLM, Hugging Face TGI).
- Familiarity with local AI Agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI) or multimodal pipelines (e.g., Whisper ASR, FastSpeech/VITS, Stable Diffusion, YOLO).
