Salary for the candidate will be determined taking into consideration a number of factors including: experience, skills, qualifications, anticipated contribution to role, internal equity, etc. The salary range presented below is based on a 35-hour workweek and would represent a majority of different candidate profiles. However, we encourage candidates who may fall outside of this range to apply as well.

We are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Coordinator Intern to join our National Talent Acquisition team. As an Intern, you will play a role in shaping the future of our organization by supporting the recruitment efforts and other Human Resources projects. This position is ideal for someone who is eager to learn, act as a strong brand ambassador, and contribute to innovative processes.

Depending on your team assignment, here’s what you’ll do:

• Support Talent Acquisition Consultants through the full cycle recruitment process with a variety of administrative tasks

• Providing a top-tier candidate experience from first contact through onboarding

• Help build and foster strong relationships with our internal business partners across the organization

• Assist in creating an internal student community each term through the execution of a variety of engagement events and initiatives.

• Actively assist in planning and execution of campus activities and events acting as an strong Intact brand ambassador

• Support various Human Resources projects, as required

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, or another relevant field

• Available to work with us full-time, 35 hours per week, for the Winter 2027 Term (January to April)

• Must be returning to school in Summer 2027 or Fall 2027 following your internship

• Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, solution oriented ad creative

• Proven team player

• Eager to learn and continuously develop your skills

• Any previous internship experience in recruitment or human resources would be an asset

• Any previous experience with Workday as a ATS and HRIS systems would be an asset

• For Quebec residents: Bilingualism in English and French is a requirement. (Need to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking clients and colleagues across the country)
