As an Accountant / Finance Assistant, you will support the Finance team in ensuring accurate financial records, timely processing of transactions, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience within a global technology company while developing your professional expertise.

Your Daily Business

• Process and post accounting transactions, invoices, and payments

• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable activities

• Support month-end and year-end closing processes, delivering timely and accurate financial statements.

• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

• Prepare reports and analyses for internal stakeholders

• Support audits and ensure compliance with internal controls

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve financial inquiries

• Assist with expense management and employee reimbursements

• Contribute to continuous improvement of finance processes

What You Need To Be Successful

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field

• 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance administration, or a similar role

• Good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

• Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English
