About this role

What You'll Do:

The Studio Production Specialist is a dual-function role within Generation’s Creative Production function, splitting time between supporting the Print Production Manager on end-to-end print delivery, and contributing to quality assurance and studio workflow support across the wider Creative Production team. On the print side, the role manages print jobs through the production pipeline, handling pre-press checks, supplier liaison, proof approval, and job administration. On the broader Creative Production side, the role supports the quality gate by checking assets against specifications and brand standards, and contributes to studio and workflow administration including job tracking, DAM management, and file organisation. It is a varied, cross-functional role that requires strong attention to detail, a methodical working practice, and the ability to switch confidently between print production and quality or workflow tasks within the same working day.

4. Studio & Workflow Administration

Support studio and workflow administration across Creative Production, including job tracking, DAM file organisation, and asset management in line with agency standards.Assist with the maintenance of the agency’s DAM, ensuring assets are correctly named, tagged, and archived across active and completed campaigns.Contribute to the accuracy and completeness of job records within the agency’s workflow management system, flagging discrepancies or gaps to the relevant lead.Provide general administrative support across the Creative Production function as directed, helping to maintain the operational infrastructure that keeps the studio running efficiently.
