Your mission
Provide administrative and operational support across our Support Functions teams including HR & Office, Finance, Procurement, and LegalAssist with the coordination and maintenance of documentation, records, and internal systemsSupport day-to-day business processes and help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on timeCoordinate meetings, stakeholder communication, and follow-up on action itemsPrepare reports, presentations, and other business materialsTrack deadlines and support ongoing projects and initiatives across different functionsContribute ideas to improve processes, collaboration, and operational efficiencyTake ownership of ad hoc tasks and gain exposure to a variety of business topics and projects
Your profile
Currently enrolled at a university, ideally in Business Administration, Human Resources, Economics, Law, or a related fieldStrong organizational and coordination skillsHigh attention to detail and reliabilityAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritiesStrong written and verbal communication skills in German and EnglishProactive mindset with a willingness to learn
