As our Senior Product Manager for the Analytics team, you own the strategy and execution for our analytics product area end-to-end. You work hands-on with a dedicated product team - partnering closely with engineering and design to turn data into meaningful product experiences that help our customers understand and act on what's happening in their organisation.
This role is hybrid with two office days per week in Hamburg.

Who we're looking for
5+ years of proven experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment, ideally with a focus on analytics or data productsSolid understanding of modern product discovery and product management practicesStrong communication, analytical thinking, and ability to work in a global, fast-moving environmentComfortable owning a product roadmap - from identifying opportunities to communicating changes to stakeholdersFluent english skills, german is a nice to have
What you'll do
Own and drive the day-to-day roadmap for the analytics product area, balancing strategic direction with hands-on executionWork closely with your engineering lead and UI/UX designer to deliver high-quality analytics experiencesDevelop and maintain a clear product roadmap aligned to Haiilo's overall product strategyIdentify market trends, customer needs and opportunities to drive meaningful innovation in analytics and dataAct as the key liaison between your product team and internal stakeholders — keeping communication structured, clear and consistentBe the go-to person for product requests and ensure they're handled in a structured, transparent wayFoster a culture of agility, collaboration and continuous improvement within your team
