ORLEN Upstream Norway AS (OUN) is seeking a skilled and experienced colleague with a strong cross-discipline background to join our team, filling the position of Senior Facility & Project Engineer.This position involves a wide range of responsibilities that will contribute to the overall success of our production portfolio, development projects in addition to production monitoring and reporting. The Senior Facility & Project Engineer will play a crucial role in delivering technical input to cross-unit projects, maximising value from our fields, while also evaluating production performance and ensuring the effective management of production and operations to maximise the value of OUN assets. Utilising their expertise and experience, the Senior Facility & Project Engineer will collaborate with the operator and other license partners to identify and implement potential value improvements effectively. The successful candidate will also be instrumental in the implementation of digital tools across the organisation.
