Location: Chesterfield Model: Onsite Scope: Full Time Description: We are seeking an experienced Embedded Software Engineer to play a key role in the design and development of innovative embedded systems and applications. This position offers the opportunity to work across the full product development lifecycle, contributing to software architecture, embedded development, hardware integration, and the delivery of reliable, high-performance solutions. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and maintain software for embedded and real-time systems. Contribute to software architecture, system design, and technical decision-making across product development projects. Develop robust applications using C/C++ , Qt , and QML . Integrate software with embedded hardware platforms and peripheral devices. Implement and maintain communication protocols, including CAN , LIN , and other industry-standard interfaces. Optimize software performance, reliability, and maintainability. Conduct code reviews and champion software engineering best practices. Support system testing, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis activities. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams throughout the full product development lifecycle.
