Location: Northern Ireland Model: Onsite Scope: Full-Time Description: We are seeking a practical and solutions-focused Electrical Test & Commissioning Engineer to support the testing, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimisation of industrial equipment and automated systems. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys hands-on work, fault diagnosis, and ensuring complex machinery performs safely, reliably, and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Carry out electrical testing, commissioning, and validation of industrial equipment and control systems. Diagnose and resolve electrical, automation, and system performance issues. Support machine start-up, performance verification, and acceptance testing activities. Perform fault-finding on electrical systems, control panels, sensors, drives, and associated equipment. Analyse machine performance and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation. Assist with root cause investigations and implement corrective actions. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, service, and project teams to deliver effective technical solutions. Ensure all activities are completed in accordance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and test documentation.
