Role Overview This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing team that provides consulting services for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) products and solutions. AEM helps customers organize and manage the delivery of creative assets and other content across digital marketing channels, including web, mobile, email, social media, and video. The AEM consulting team is responsible for providing expert skills in the implementation of the AEM solution offering as well as integrating complementary Adobe enterprise solutions and interfacing with clients' existing IT infrastructure. As a Technical Consultant, you will deliver high quality consulting services to our growing client base. This includes facilitation of technical requirements gathering, performing solution and application design, and development, testing and installation of Adobe software as required by the project. The Technical Consultant should have demonstrable experience delivering complex solutions to customers and be able to work both as an individual and provide technical and team leadership within a larger project team, in partnership with a project coordinator. Key Responsibilities • Implement specific parts of AEM-centric solutions with high quality, following AEM best practices • Diagnose a client's technical environment and how they use Adobe technology to deliver focused, actionable recommendations • Work across multiple client engagements and internal initiatives at the same time • Act as a change agent in the continuous improvement of delivery practices • Analyze complex project issues, identify solution options, and help present recommendations to clients • Stay current on AEM and related technologies through ongoing learning • Mentor and guide newer team members, from onboarding to complex implementation issues • Capture and share knowledge and standard methodologies with clients and colleagues
