Descripción del puesto / Funciones <ul><li>Lead and coordinate the implementation of <strong>DevOps practices across 70 distributed Software Teams</strong> located in Europe and America, working in close coordination with the central team of technical experts.</li><li>Plan, coordinate and monitor the implementation of <strong>DevOps tools, processes and procedures</strong> across distributed software teams.</li><li>Coordinate activities related to <strong>security tools and vulnerability remediation</strong>, ensuring that identified actions are properly understood, assigned and followed through to completion.</li><li>Coordinate the <strong>configuration and implementation of applications</strong> according to established software and DevOps best practices.</li><li>Coordinate the <strong>implementation of automated test suites</strong> and related testing practices within the software teams.</li><li>Act as a <strong>bridge between the central technical expert team and distributed Software Teams</strong>, ensuring that technical requirements, actions and expectations are clearly understood.</li><li>Organize and facilitate meetings between technical teams whenever <strong>technical clarification or alignment</strong> is required.</li><li>Establish regular follow-up meetings and checkpoints to <strong>monitor progress, identify blockers and ensure that agreed actions are completed on time</strong>.</li><li>Maintain and track <strong>action plans, deadlines, dependencies and implementation status</strong> across the different teams.</li><li>Proactively identify delays, risks and issues and <strong>escalate them to the appropriate stakeholders</strong> when corrective action is required.</li><li>Prepare and deliver <strong>periodic status reports to senior management</strong>, providing clear visibility of implementation progress, outstanding actions, risks and potential delays.</li><li>Ensure that software teams follow <strong>software development and DevOps best practices</strong> throughout the implementation process.</li><li>Work with a <strong>hands-on mindset</strong>, actively engaging with technical teams to understand issues, clarify requirements and drive actions through to completion.</li></ul> Requisitos mínimos <ul><li>Proven professional experience as a <strong>Project Manager</strong>, preferably in software development or technical environments.</li><li><strong>Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.</strong></li><li><strong>Strong technical background</strong> in software development and IT environments.</li><li>Practical understanding of <strong>Software Development and DevOps processes</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>DevOps pipelines and automation</strong>, including automated testing processes and scripts.</li><li>Experience working with or coordinating <strong>technical/software teams</strong>.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with technical professionals and <strong>drive commitment towards agreed action plans</strong>.</li><li>Strong organizational and follow-up skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple teams and activities simultaneously.</li><li><strong>Autonomous, proactive and persistent</strong> approach to project execution and issue resolution.</li><li><strong>Hands-on and delivery-oriented mindset</strong>, with a strong "get-it-done" attitude.</li><li>Ability to work from <strong>Barcelona</strong>.</li><li>Availability to work <strong>3 days per week in Barcelona</strong>.</li></ul> Requisitos valorables <ul><li>Previous experience coordinating <strong>large-scale software teams across different countries or geographical locations</strong>.</li><li>Experience working with <strong>distributed or international Software Teams</strong>.</li><li>Experience implementing or coordinating <strong>DevOps transformation initiatives</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>Azure DevOps</strong>.</li><li>Knowledge of <strong>CI/CD pipelines and automation</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>automated testing and test suite implementation</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>software security tools and vulnerability remediation</strong>.</li><li>Experience with <strong>application configuration and deployment processes</strong>.</li><li>Experience preparing <strong>management-level status reports and project dashboards</strong>.</li><li>Previous experience acting as an <strong>interface between central technical teams and distributed development teams</strong>.</li></ul><p><strong>Core areas:</strong></p><ul><li>DevOps</li><li>Software Development</li><li>CI/CD Pipelines</li><li>Test Automation</li><li>Security & Vulnerability Remediation</li><li>Application Configuration</li><li>Software Best Practices</li><li>Project & Action Plan Management</li><li>Technical Team Coordination</li></ul> Idiomas English is a must Ubicación Barcelona
