About this role
Your Role in the Healthcare Journey Deliver application training and technical support for Haematology and Haemostasis solutions. Support instrument installations, method verification, validation and go-live activities. Conduct proactive customer visits and follow up on application-related requirements. Build strong relationships with customers, key stakeholders and KOLs. Collaborate with Sales, Service and Product Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Support workshops, scientific activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Your Profile to Shape the Future of Healthcare Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Science or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of relevant laboratory or diagnostics experience. Experience in Haematology and/or Haemostasis is preferred. Excellent communication and presentation skills in Arabic and English. Valid driving licence and willingness to travel within Saudi Arabia
