Director in executing corporate HR strategies, while managing employee relations, training, and talent development. Oversee employee relations and streamline the processes of onboarding, transferring, and offboarding. Ensure full compliance in employment contract management and personnel file administration Resolve labor disputes and manage labor-related negotiations, effectively mitigate employment risks. Update new hire orientation materials in a timely manner, coordinate new hire training, and help new employees adapt to the company. Establish a structured training system and develop learning resources. Oversee daily training activities, including scheduling, recording, and evaluating training effectiveness as needed. Drive employee competency management, fully understand business and talent pipeline needs, and implement relevant management solutions. Engage in Success Factors implementation and provide training to related users. Assistance in employees’ performance management by data collection, analysis and reporting, and drive the implementation of PIP. Provide support for recruitment and expand diverse sourcing channels. Conduct the background check for new hire. Other jobs assigned by the Supervisor. Your Profile You contribute Qualifications For The Role 5+ years of HR experience in an MNC is required; experience across all HR functions is a strong plus. Bachelor-degree or above, HR, Business Administration, or Economics majors are highly preferred. Technical Skills & Experience Strong command of labor laws and regulations, backed by a solid theoretical foundation. Flexible thinker and fast learner with strong logical reasoning. Demonstrates excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented with strong execution and a high sense of responsibility. Able to thrive under pressure. Native Chinese speaker, fluent English comprehension in both written and oral. Proficient in MS Office (particularly Excel) and practical experience in SuccessFactors. Your application Interested?
