Your responsibilities The primary function of the utility person is to fulfill production needs as required. Perform all functions of a Mill Operator. Perform all functions of a Smelter Operator. Perform all functions of a Polishers. Perform all functions of a Laborer Perform all other duties as assigned. Maintain a clean work area. Perform all duties in accordance with Company Health and Safety Policies and Procedures. Your profile High School Diploma or Equivalent 3 years of manufacturing experience preferred. Experience in manual process environments. Ability to work in an industrial environment. All new hires must pass a physical examination and pre-employment drug screening to be employed. Wearing a half mask respirator (PPE) may be required to perform the duties of this position and will necessitate being clean shaven when required. Ability to work in a manufacturing or plant environment for limited periods (as needed for system support, process validation, or training) Ability to tolerate typical office and industrial environments (noise, temperature variations, PPE when required) Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer and attending virtual or in-person meetings Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and navigating SAP systems and other software applications Ability to view and analyze computer screens for prolonged periods (visual acuity for detailed data review) Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing, including participation in meetings, training sessions, and cross-functional collaboration Occasional walking, standing, or movement between office or work areas as needed Ability to travel occasionally (domestic) based on project or system implementation needs 5 days a week in office Contact Person Stephanie Klinger HR Team Phone:
