Join our Product Management team to help deliver world-class Air Traffic Control (ATC) solutions for international airports. Roles and Responsibilities: Feature Preparation & Documentation: Take responsibility for preparing and maintaining detailed feature descriptions and specifications for new and existing functionalities. Ensure all documentation is clear, precise, and up-to-date to support development, testing, and go-to-market activities. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into actionable documentation. Prepare and support the Quality Gate process Product Strategy & Vision Support: Collaborate with the Head of Product Management and the product team to contribute insights and input to the Tower product strategy, vision, and mission Roadmap & Business Case Support: Assist in preparing product roadmaps and business case calculations. Gather and analyze data on projected revenue streams and development efforts to support investment decisions, in alignment with team direction Stakeholder Engagement: Collect and organize feature requests based on feedback from sales, marketing, tenders, customer visits, and regulatory/standardization bodies. Communicate relevant updates within the team and to other stakeholders as appropriate Innovation & Concept Research: Contribute to the identification and documentation of new concepts and technologies, supporting the Idea and Innovation Management process Specifications & Design Assistance: Support the preparation of market requirement specifications, the evolution of HMI design, and the refinement of Controller Working Position concepts Market Launch Support: Help generate commercial, marketing, and training materials for new product and feature launches Internal & External Communication: Support the communication of the product strategy, value proposition, and unique selling points (USPs) to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment with the broader product team and Head of Product Management Portfolio Coordination: Ensure ongoing alignment with the corporate product portfolio and help identify cross-business line use cases within the ADB Safegate Airside 4.0 strategy Representation : Represent the Tower Business product line in selected internal and external meetings, ensuring a consistent and professional presence for the team. Act as an ambassador for the product area, collaborating with colleagues and stakeholders as appropriate Sales & Project Support: Support Sales and Project teams in customer meetings and participate in bid and sales campaigns as needed Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, development, and corporate management teams to ensure effective communication and project alignment Skills required: Experience in the aviation industry, with a basic understanding of Air Traffic Control (ATC) and Air Traffic Management (ATM) Background in software product management or related industries Experience in B2B environments; exposure to public administration or government agencies is a plus Strong analytical and organizational skills; able to balance multiple priorities Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Responsible, solution-oriented, and proactive approach, with a strong focus on documentation quality Ability to articulate and document product features and requirements clearly Collaborative mindset, supporting strategic thinking and business needs Comfortable representing the team and product area in discussions with customers and partners Positive, Forward-Looking Attitude: Demonstrates a positive mindset, openness to new challenges, and willingness to take initiative on next steps Balances enthusiasm for continuous improvement with reliability in supporting daily operations and team needs Enthusiasm for Aviation: A genuine interest in aviation and air traffic management is highly valued and will help foster engagement and motivation in this dynamic field We offer: A workplace that celebrates diversity, entrepreneurship and collaboration We provide the opportunity to learn, grow and realize your potential Exciting projects in the aviation industry, numerous benefits and a comprehensive onboarding are waiting for you Flexible working hours Possibilities for working from home Tax-free food subsidy Public transport subsidy A work environment where our products help to reduce CO2 emissions in air traffic An office in Raaba-Grambach, which is operated in a sustainable and environmental friendly way. The minimum salary according to the IT collective agreement for this position is EUR 4,061.00 gross per month (14 times per year). Depending on the respective experience level and personal profile, we offer an attractive overpayment.
