Possible Tasks within this Role Appointment Scheduling : Scheduling service appointments and welcoming customers upon arrival. Customer Consulting : Providing comprehensive customer advice regarding vehicle maintenance and repair services in accordance with all service process requirements. Work Order Management : Opening repair orders and monitoring the repair process while maintaining regular communication with customers. Documentation : Completing and verifying all required documentation before handing the vehicle back to the customer. Vehicle Handover : Delivering the vehicle to the customer and explaining the completed work. Complaint Handling : Resolving customer complaints and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Qualification requirements Education : Minimum secondary education qualification (Level IV). Technical Knowledge : Basic understanding of vehicle systems and components. Language Skills : Basic knowledge of English and/or German. Computer Skills : Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word and Excel. Driving Licence : Valid Category B driving licence. Competencies : Strong teamwork skills, perseverance, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
