What are your contributions to the team? Project Portfolio Management Maintain a comprehensive inventory of all PSDM projects and strategic initiatives. Develop and maintain an integrated project roadmap for the PSDM organization. Support project prioritization in collaboration with the manager and key stakeholders. Monitor project interdependencies, risks, and resource constraints across the portfolio. Project Planning and Documentation Develop and maintain project charters, ensuring scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria are clearly defined. Create and manage project schedules and implementation plans. Establish key milestones and monitor progress against planned timelines. Implement and maintain project management tools, dashboards, and tracking mechanisms. Project Monitoring and Coordination Conduct regular project reviews with project owners and stakeholders. Track progress and ensure action items are completed as planned. Identify schedule deviations, risks, and obstacles that could impact project delivery. Coordinate mitigation plans and corrective actions to maintain project momentum. Governance and Reporting Prepare and lead a weekly Project Governance Review with management. Develop project status reports, dashboards, and executive summaries. Present project progress, key risks, issues, required decisions, and upcoming milestones to the manager. Ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders. Continuous Improvement Recommend and implement project management best practices, tools, and methodologies. Support PSDM transformation, standardization, and process improvement initiatives. Contribute to the development of a sustainable project governance framework within the organization. How to thrive in this role? Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field. 12-18 months experience in project management, and project coordination Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Power BI is an asset. Experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or manufacturing environments is an asset. PMP, CAPM, or other project management certifications are considered an asset. Bilingualism (French and English)
