1.Ensure the profitability of the products. 2.Coordinate with other departments to determine the demand for the product. 3.Determine the raw materials and manufacturing equipment required for the production process. 4.Schedule shifts and labor according to production demand. 5.Troubleshoot the problems that occurred and take measures to resolve them. 6.Maintain records and documentation of the entire production process. 7.Manage the production process and make sure the final product meets quality standards. 8.Ensure the final product is according to customer’s requirements. 9.Collaborate with the other members of the team for feedback post-production. 10.Keep yourself updated about the latest market trends and consumer demand. 11.Coordinate production workflow for the products with Production Manager and higher management. 12.Plan operations to make sure more work is done in less time.
