About the Role We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative (Fraud Prevention) to join our team at our Head Office, Galway. We operate 300+ physical retail stores in Ireland, the UK, Germany, France, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands, together with a substantial online business in each country. Initial Contract Type: Full time - Temporary Fixed Term 37.5 hours per week Salary: €28,665 per year This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, analysing data, and making confident decisions in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: Review and assess customer orders using our fraud prevention systems. Identify and prevent fraudulent transactions by making informed approval or cancellation decisions. Investigate suspicious activity and analyse trends to identify emerging fraud patterns. Communicate fraud trends and insights to the wider Customer Service team. Maintain accurate records of investigations and decisions. Meet or exceed productivity and quality targets while maintaining a high level of accuracy. The ideal candidates will: Full fluency in English. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong decision-making ability and sound judgement. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise workload and manage time effectively. Comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively.
