About The Job The Singapore University of Social Sciences seeks candidates for a renewable contract appointment as a Research Fellow. What You Will Be Doing Responsibilities • Design and develop multi-agent AI architectures for risk assessment and intervention. • Develop decision-making models for risk scoring, intervention selection, and escalation management. • Evaluate and benchmark agentic AI systems using real-world and simulated threat scenarios. • Conduct applied research on AI-driven cognitive circuit breakers and localized threat detection. • Publish research findings in peer-reviewed international journals and premier academic conferences. • Collaborate with government partners, agencies, and institutional stakeholders on project alignment. • Mentor and co-supervise junior research associates, engineers, and student project teams. Job Requirements Job Requirements • Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a closely related discipline. • Strong research background in Artificial Intelligence, Multi-Agent Systems, Machine Learning, or Privacy-Preserving Technologies (e.g., Differential Privacy). • Proven track record of high-quality research publications in international peer-reviewed journals or conferences. • Strong programming skills in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow). • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-disciplinary collaboration skills Applications should be made to: A/P Zhu Yongqing ( [email protected]) , Singapore University of Social Sciences, 463 Clementi Road, Singapore 599494
