Req ID: 78445 Descripción Supply Planning Senior Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end customer service and factory loading functions to ensure effective communication, feasible planning, strong customer support, and reliable factory execution. This role serves as the key interface between the factory and corporate stakeholders, including Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, and offshore plants, providing clear updates on UTFG plans, customer commits, on-time delivery performance, root causes for misses, and recovery plans. This position manages executive escalations, supports factory readiness for new product introductions by reporting lead lot start dates, WIP position, and customer commitments, and leads Customer Service Managers by customer and market segment, including Polo, Samsung, Automotive, 5G, WiFi and other strategic areas. Is also accountable for developing a feasible Master Production Schedule for weeks 2 through 5 by performing risk assessments related to raw material constraints, capacity limitations, product complexity, and operational readiness. The role ensures timely communication of risks and commits to Supply Chain Management, supervises Wafer Probe, Wafer Level CSP, SMT, and Wirebond loading planners, and ensures MRP is fully loaded to optimize factory starts and maximize output. The position works closely with Raw Materials, Industrial Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to prevent factory stoppages, maintain a stable factory start flow, achieve volume and complexity targets, and align loading plans with financial and industrial engineering objectives. In addition, provides weekly insights on Assembly Outs and UTFG performance by monitoring WIP levels, cycle time, output trends, and delivery gaps. The role is responsible for driving proactive issue resolution, strengthening cross-functional alignment, improving planning discipline, and leading the implementation of the Advanced Planning System for Mexicali Skyworks in partnership with internal and external stakeholders Responsabilidades Lead the Customer Service and Factory Loadings organization to ensure strong customer communication, reliable supply commitments, and disciplined factory execution. Serve as the primary operational interface between the factory and corporate stakeholders, including Demand Management, Supply Chain, Sales, Logistics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, and offshore plants. Develop and manage feasible short- and mid-term factory loading plans aligned with demand, capacity, raw material availability, WIP position, product complexity, and operational readiness. Own the Master Production Schedule execution window for weeks 2 through 5, ensuring MRP is fully loaded, risks are identified early, and constraints are escalated with clear recovery actions. Provide timely and accurate updates on UTFG plans, customer commits, on-time delivery performance, root causes for misses, and recovery plans. Support new product introduction readiness by monitoring lead lot start dates, WIP status, customer commitments, and factory execution risks. Lead executive customer escalations with data-driven analysis, feasible commit options, and cross-functional recovery plans. Supervise Customer Service Managers and factory loading planners across Wafer Probe, Wafer Level CSP, SMT, Die Attach, and strategic customer or market segments. Partner with Raw Materials, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to prevent factory stoppages, optimize factory starts, and maximize output. Drive continuous improvement, planning discipline, digital transformation, and Advanced Planning System implementation to improve predictability, responsiveness, and customer experience. Experiencia y Habilidades Requeridas Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish. Strong knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Office, Advanced Planning Systems, and manufacturing planning tools. Experience in planning, customer service, customer support, manufacturing systems, and electronic components operations. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage executive escalations, communicate risks, and drive recovery plans in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret demand, capacity, WIP, cycle time, material availability, and factory loading performance.
