Whether providing customer service, conducting patrols, monitoring activities, or responding to incidents, you will be expected to adapt with agility and professionalism while maintaining a safe and secure environment. Competitive hourly wage of $30.00/hr , plus 4% vacation pay Comprehensive benefits 12-hour shifts Uniform provided at no cost Food and accommodations provided at the site Two weeks on / two weeks off rotation schedule (tentative) Responsibilities for Security Guard Maintain camp safety and follow all site safety rules and procedures Support daily mining and exploration activities Conduct regular security patrols and site checks Monitor camp areas and report any safety or security concerns Conduct traffic checks and vehicle searches as required Maintain accurate security records and documentation Keep camp areas clean and organized Report hazards, incidents, and other concerns immediately Provide professional customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors Respond appropriately to changing situations and emergencies Qualifications for Security Guard Must be legally authorized to work in Canada Previous security experience is mandatory Valid First Aid certification Valid Driver's Licence with a clear driver's abstract Successful completion of a Criminal Record Check Successful completion of a Drug and Alcohol Test Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations Strong communication and observation skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Mining, exploration, or remote-site experience is considered an asset
