About the role: Take ownership of a gas well run at Reedy Creek and make a visible impact across safety, production and cost performance. Working a back-to-back site roster, you’ll use strong operational judgement, collaboration and value-led decision-making to keep wells performing at their best. Live locally in the Maranoa and work a 2 weeks on / 2 weeks off roster. Why the role matters? Lead the safe execution of operational and maintenance activities across your well run. Own safety, production and cost outcomes, balancing daily priorities and operational demands. Rapidly diagnose offline wells and drive their safe return to production or recommend the right intervention. Collaborate with production, engineering and field teams to optimise well availability and performance. Identify improvement opportunities, challenge existing practices and share learnings across the Run Owner cohort. What will you bring? Strong field leadership experience in CSG, gas well or gathering operations, with a clear focus on safe, reliable and efficient execution. Practical technical knowledge of gas well operations, gathering networks, production optimisation, maintenance interfaces and frontline risk management. Confident decision-making skills, with the ability to prioritise work, respond to changing field conditions and support safe production outcomes. A value-focused mindset, with commercial awareness and the ability to balance safety, production, cost and asset integrity considerations. Clear communication, coaching and influencing skills, supported by relevant field experience, and technical qualification where applicable. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across production, maintenance, engineering and contractor teams to deliver shared outcomes. A self-motivated and proactive approach, with the drive to take ownership, follow through on commitments and continuously look for ways to improve field performance. So, why join us?
