This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a magical Christmas experience, creating memorable moments for children and families during the festive season. Job Responsibilities Welcome and engage with children, families and visitors in a warm and friendly manner. Play the role of a Christmas Elf, helping to create a fun, festive and immersive experience. Assist Santa and other Christmas characters throughout event activities. Manage visitor flow and support queue management to ensure a positive customer experience. Support and participate in Christmas-themed activities, games and entertainment. Assist with event set-up, preparation and clear-down activities. Maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for all guests. Provide outstanding customer service at all times. Follow all health, safety and safeguarding procedures. Carry out general event duties as required by the Event Management team. Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, childcare, events or entertainment is desirable. Friendly, outgoing and confident personality. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable interacting with children and families. Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment .Positive attitude and enthusiasm for creating memorable experiences. Flexible approach to working hours, including evenings and weekends. Reliable, punctual and professional in appearance and conduct.
