About this role
Our common goal As Senior Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in strengthening the international presence and commercial success of Artek through inspiring, consumer-focused marketing. Working closely with the Marketing Director and colleagues across Artek and the Vitra Group, you will lead the planning and execution of global campaigns, product launches, collaborations, and brand communications across multiple markets and channels. You will help ensure that Artek's distinctive identity is communicated consistently and meaningfully to audiences worldwide. This role will be fixed-term for 16 months. Your impact in the role Develop and implement Artek's annual global marketing plan in collaboration with the Marketing Director Lead the rollout of international marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand collaborations across key markets and channels Coordinate global editorial and channel planning to ensure consistent brand and product storytelling Define marketing assets, content, media, and communication requirements, coordinating their development with internal creative teams Support local market activation initiatives, dealer marketing activities, events, and commercial campaigns Strengthen and maintain Artek's unique brand positioning within a multi-brand environment How you can convince Several years of experience in brand management, marketing, communications, or a related role within design, lifestyle, fashion, consumer goods, or a creative agency environment Proven ability to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital and physical channels Strong project management skills with a strategic mindset and attention to detail Good understanding of retail, wholesale, e-commerce, and digital marketing ecosystems Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills within international organizations Strong visual and editorial sensibility with the ability to create compelling brand narratives Fluent written and spoken English Relevant university degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field Enjoy working at Artek We offer a dynamic, creative, and innovative environment and pursue a sustainable corporate strategy Office design is our specialty - our work environment offers space for creativity including areas for focus time Welcome to Artek - our orientation and welcome program "How to work better" - our concept for the hybrid working world - enables mobile working in different facets We promote lifelong learning through our internal academy and target group-oriented talent management programs Benefit from attractive discounts on products from Artek & Vitra Do you still have doubts?
