WHAT YOU WILL DO Support projects aimed at evaluating the effectiveness of merchandising, in-store execution, and shopper engagement initiatives Conduct direct store observations and staff questionnaires based on predefined KPIs Partner with the Field Operations team to assess product availability and execution quality Participate in shopper research activities, including measuring purchasing conversion and evaluating retail touchpoint effectiveness Compare and assess different execution strategies across minimarket, supermarket, and hypermarket channels using both qualitative and quantitative approaches Collect, consolidate, and validate field data from store visits and research activities Support basic data analysis and prepare findings to help generate insights for future business planning OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE Fresh graduate or final-year student (with no remaining classes or thesis) in Business, Statistics, Marketing, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields Passionate about FMCG, retail operations, shopper insights, and market research Comfortable conducting field visits and engaging with store personnel and shoppers Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills with attention to detail Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to manage and validate data accurately Willing to travel for store visits within assigned areas Available for a full-time internship for 3–6 months and able to join immediately
