Job Description Manager - Corporate Projects (Civil, Structural & Architecture) Location: Mumbai (Corporate Office) Function: Engineering & Projects Role Type: Corporate Role Experience: 12-16 Years Lupin is seeking an experienced Civil, Structural & Architectural Engineering professional to support and govern the company's CAPEX portfolio across manufacturing and R&D facilities. This role will drive technical excellence, engineering standards, risk management, and project governance for facility expansions, upgrades, new buildings, and infrastructure projects across Sterile & Biologics, OSD, API, and R&D sites.The position partners closely with site engineering teams, project stakeholders, consultants, and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and efficient project delivery while maintaining alignment with business, regulatory, and operational requirements. Key Responsibilities CAPEX Project Governance Engineering Standards & Technical Excellence Stakeholder Collaboration Risk & Performance Management Continuous Improvement Strong governance and review mechanisms established across priority projects.Standardized engineering practices and technical review processes implemented.Improved visibility and management of project risks.Enhanced collaboration between Corporate and Site teams.Safe, compliant, and efficient delivery of CAPEX projects across the Lupin network. Work Experience 12-16 years of experience in civil, structural, and architectural engineering/project execution. Experience in Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Healthcare, or other regulated industries preferred. Strong exposure to industrial buildings, facility upgrades, cleanroom/GMP environments, contractors, consultants, and statutory processes.
