Your Key Accountabilities Delivers expert work in the Procurement team with high quality and timeliness, applying best practices and standards. Owns complex tasks in supplier development, negotiation, producing accurate outputs and identifying risks or anomalies proactively. Analyzes problems, recommends options, and implements improvements in methods, tools, or data flows. Collaborates with adjacent teams and stakeholders, communicating insights and recommendations clearly. Mentors less experienced colleagues, reviewing deliverables and elevating team standards. Coordinates cross‑functional adoption of discipline‑specific enhancements ensuring consistent application and measurable performance gains. Who we are looking for Experienced Procurement or Supply Chain professional with strong expertise in sourcing, logistics, supply chain operations, or procurement. Proven ability to independently manage procurement activities, supplier negotiations, and sourcing initiatives while delivering high-quality results within agreed timelines. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify risks, investigate issues, interpret data, and implement process improvements. Skilled at collaborating across multiple functions and building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Confident communicator who can present recommendations clearly and influence decision-making in a complex business environment. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, drive standardization, and support the adoption of new processes and best practices. Passionate about continuous improvement and delivering measurable business value through operational excellence. Able to work effectively in situations with multiple priorities, ambiguity, and evolving business needs. Experience mentoring colleagues or sharing expertise within a team is considered an asset.
