Introduction Sentence As a member of our family-owned business, you will support the development of our people and culture by driving learning and development initiatives while partnering with business leaders on key People & Culture activities. You will play an active role in building employee capability, enhancing employee experience, and ensuring the effective execution of HR operations across the organisation. Your new job includes Coordinate and implement learning and development initiatives, including onboarding, service excellence, product knowledge and other capability-building programmes to support business needs. Partner with people managers to identify training needs, develop training program internally or engage with external vendor, leverage from existing training program provided by regional and global adapting to local needs. Conduct training, coaching and field observations to reinforce operational standards, customer service excellence and employee development. Manage end-to-end onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a positive employee experience, including pre-employment documentation, airport pass applications, induction planning, buddy programme coordination, probation tracking, exit interviews and clearance processes. Act as trusted adviser and a go-to person for employee relations matter including disciplinary issues, grievances and performance related discussions, ensuring a harmonious working environment striking a balance in achieving business performance and human centricity. Plan and execute employee engagement activities that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. Ensure that internal processes are adhered to, specific to the Company’s Employee Handbook, Code of Conduct, Code of Ethics, and other processes where performance and service standards are reviewed and measured, and where necessary, conduct due diligence procedures to meet regulatory and labour law requirements. Support People & Culture projects, digitalisation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts to enhance organisational effectiveness. Preferred Profile Degree in Human Resources, Business Admin or a related discipline. Minimum 6 years of experience in Human Resources with exposure to both Learning & Development and HR Operations. Experience in coordinating or facilitating training programmes and employee development initiatives. Working knowledge of employee relations practices and Malaysian employment legislation. Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken. Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, able to work with various stakeholders to build a trusted relationship.
